Bearing Buddy Bra is used to keep excess grease from splattering onto the wheel and tire. The Bra is a cover for a PF1101-PF1102-PF1103 Bearing Buddy protector, which is designed to maintain pressure on the trailers wheel bearings to prevent water and dirt from entering. When the Bearing Buddy is overfilled, its automatic pressure relief feature lets the excess grease escape and the Bra contains this mess.
