Returns & Refund Policy

Outcast Watersports, Inc. is not responsible for user’s application of this information for which it has no control. It is the final responsibility of the users to determine the application of this information as it relates to their systems/s. User warrants that they did use their own judgment on purchasing these items and understands that the seller will be held harmless for any problems out of the use of these items whatsoever. Outcast Watersports, Inc. may assist you in attempting to determine the right items for your application, however the customer is fully responsible for final determination of correct part ordered.

Customer is fully responsible for all shipping cost on returned parts, if parts have been installed or are damaged they will not be accepted for credit. NO RETURN WILL BE ALLOWED ON CUT MATERIAL OR AXLES.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO RETURNING. CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER TO BE WRITTEN ON ORIGINAL INVOICE WHEN RETURNED.

Subject to our inspection for damages and receipt of returned goods and fees listed below returns shall be credited to the credit card or type of payment which was used for the purchase initially.  Shipping cost are non refundable.

RETURNS are subject to restocking fees as below:

  • A copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned goods.
  • 1-30 Days 10%
  • 31-90 Days 25%
  • 91 days or more NO RETURNS
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and packing cost.
  • Send copy of original Invoice with return below address.

WARRANTIES

All merchandise on this site, is covered by manufacturer’s warranty, NOT BY Outcast Watersports.
Outcast Watersports will assist you with a warranty issue to the extent that we can, but ultimately it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to grant warranties.
