DISC BRAKE ADAPTER 7000# TORSION PG5058

The PG5058 disc-brake adapter plate designed to convert a five-hole round brake-flange pattern to a four-hole square mounting pattern. Used on compatible 5,200–7,000-lb torsion axles.
The disc brake adapter 7000# torsion pg5058 allows compatible Dexter/UFP brake calipers to be mounted for use with 12″ disc-brake rotors.
